I’ve been losing hair more than what I expect. It all started after I gave birth to my daughter. Day after day, my hair loss is becoming serious. I often wanted to seek medical help, but I’m afraid they might diagnose me as someone who’s in badly need of hair transplant. *wails in despair: Noooooooo!*
I continue to read articles from magazines that might help me with my problem. Then I came across this article which features good health regimen for women. I realized that I’ve lost my natural health balance since I gave birth. And I must double my efforts in gaining it back. Proper diet and continuous exercise should do the trick. Daily vitamin C would be a great help too. I should get an 8 hour daily sleep too.
That should not be a problem eh? Nah. It is. But I must work on it else, I’d be getting that dreadful procedure in 2 years time from now. *sighs* Nothing beats like a natural and healthy trick does.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate.
