mommyice’s RanDom pLaY WiTh WoRds: Clutter Inside My Head

I’m having a hard time writing this blog. It’s like sharing the most privy part of my life. But, since good things are meant to be shared, here are some of my favorite places for each of my mood.

 Starbucks Petron-Dasmarinas Village Branch

-          just a stone throw’s away from the mall, who wouldn’t love this place? I like the fact that it seems isolated from the crowded area of the mall, yet so accessible. Before, I took a leave of absence from work just to go there, read my favorite book while sipping my favorite coffee frappuccino with hazelnut syrup. Yum!

 Powerbooks Greenbelt

-          Whenever I feel melancholy, I just go to this place and read my favorite can’t-afford books, and I’m ok. It’s amazing how this place cheers me up. It’s just damning to watch other people as they do damage on the books. Tsk.

 Powerbooks Edsa Shangrila

-          Just when I feel like hiding out from everyone else, I’d go to this place. Even my husband never thought that I’d go here. (Well, now he knows.)  It’s as if, nobody here knows me, I kinda like that feeling.

 Body Tune Spa (Megamall Branch)

-          as a girl, I’m entitles to treat myself and divulge into the world of self-pampering. I discovered this place through my officemate, and thanks to her, I get to experience heaven whenever I feel my muscles are sore. The attendants are very nice. And the sauna bath before getting the massage is to die for. But let yourself hold on until the massage. I recommend the Swedish massage. It’s so relaxing.

 Little Kitchen (Greenbelt)

-          I’m not a big fan of rice, but whenever I feel like eating a huge amount of it, I go to this place. Not only it serves good food, the ambience is so relaxing you just want to eat some more.

 Sushiya (Megastrip)

-          I’m a huge fan of Japanese food. And this place is heaven for me. Even if it’s only for a couple of sushi, I’m satisfied. And they almost have the authentic aura of a Japanese restaurant. Almost.

 Teriyaki Boy (Jupiter St.)

-          Just the thought of this place makes y mouth water. Seriously. I can’t get enough of their chicken teriyaki meal. And the sushi, yum! I feel like going there right now….

 Starbucks 6750

- Like I’ve said, each of my fave places represents my mood. This place, well, it’s exclusive for my bonding moments with my friend Jeff. If we feel like talking (in emo-mode) the whole day, this is the definitely the place.
