I’ve been on hibernation as of date, and been neglecting my routine of posting comments bout the movies I’ve saw. Well, now’s a good time, since I can’t get some sleep.

This poor remake of the Korean thriller focused enough to scare teenagers. I never tried to find out why they changed it’s original title, The Tale of Two Sisters, to The Uninvited. It’s as if the original psychological thriller isn’t enough to make my head pound.

Emily Browning’s portrayal of the mentally challenged Anna Ivers is not as convincing as it should be. Maybe I’m being biased since I saw the original film. Maybe I am.

The movie’s boring as death, with a lot of manipulative chasing through scenes. It’s like Gestalt, but in a movie form. It’s a waste of money. Good thing there’s pirated DVD.
