WiLd HoGs

Just watched this movie last night with Nico. And sure enough, it lifted my spirits. (I’m not having a good day here in the office.) The movie sticked to one plot. Which is good because I don’t have enough energy to sort some bizarre twisted plots like the other movies offer. A simpleton (which means Nico and I are) would have understood this movie.

Four middle-aged men found theirselves on identity crisis-dilemma. One of them convinced the other three to join him on a road trip using their bikes. To feel renewed and revived. To hell with the rules. (Maybe I should try that sometime. I know I needed a break from all of this.)

They call themselves Wild Hogs, and they have a jacket bearing that name.Cheesy, right? Everything was going smoothly, (except for the gay policeman who’s always showing up on unexpected places. Man, he’s drooling over them. He looks funny and creepy at the same time) when the real bikers showed up. And we’re talking about mean, real tough looking bikers. Those bikers considered the Wild Hogs as posers (which they are exactly) and chased them out of their route. But being the protagonist they are, they stood against them. (when you think about it, it’s the most stupid thing to do). Actually, one of them lied (his name is Woody and he feels as if the leader of the group) that he stood against the bikers, so that brings us to a series of fires, (the bar where the bikers hang out was burned to the gorund becasuse of Woody) lies told to the town they’re staying at. The town, which is constantly bugged by the bikers, treated them as a hero. Cutting down to the chase, no good thing lasts forever. The bikers showed up and beat the hell out of them. Amazing, how they managed to get up after being beaten up a couple of times. The town stood against the bikers and all of them lived happily ever after. Nah, not yet. At the end of the movie we saw that the bokers were given an extreme house makeover. Yep, the real deal. Because their place was burned down, no thanks to Woody. It was hilarious really. Imagine seeing a tough looking guy battling himself not to cry. It was a sight. Now that’s a good movie.

Moral lesson: Don’t try to hit the road without a celfone. (Watch the movie and you’ll know why.) ~wink~
